This rod guide is suitable for raw and powder-coated weld studs. The covering of the weld stud before powdering can be omitted, this results in process optimisation and cost saving.
Assembly instruction:
- Place the rod guide on the weld stud. (Hereby the time-consuming screwing is reduced considerably.)
- Straighten up the rod guide. This makes it snap in place noticeably and audibly; and it can then be secured by only a few rotations.
- The rod guide is completely assembled.
